Nicole is a Senior Litigation Associate at the Los Angeles litigation boutique Willenken, Wilson, Loh, & Delgado LLP. Her practice encompasses a wide variety of complex business litigation, with an emphasis on consumer class actions, contractual disputes, and product liability. Nicole has significant trial experience in both state and federal court, as well as in private arbitration hearings. Before joining Willenken, Nicole worked at the Los Angeles office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher, & Flom LLP. Nicole also clerked for U.S. District Court Judge Andrew J. Guilford in the Central District of California, and graduated with honors from Harvard Law School. Nicole is active in the defense bar, most notably as a member of the defense bar organization DRI, where she serves as publications editor for the Trial Tactics Committee and an organizer for the 2017 Trial Tactics Seminar and 2017 Deposition Skills Workshop, previously serving as a 2016 Trial Tactics Seminar participant and organizer.
As a person of mixed ethnicity and a first-generation Mexican immigrant, Nicole has been continuously dedicated to diversity and inclusion in the legal profession throughout her career. As part of that commitment, Nicole has been an active participant in the California Minority Council Program, and is proud to serve as a current member of the Ambassadors Council. Nicole was also a 2016 Fellow for the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity, and was the head of Skadden Los Angeles’ Diversity Committee during her time there.
