David Pilson is a director in eBay’s Legal Department and is responsible for all aspects of benefit plan, executive compensation, and equity program compliance. In this role, he collaborates with eBay’s Total Rewards and Benefit Teams and develops practical solutions to program administration and plan design issues.
Before eBay, David practiced at a multinational firm where he successfully represented clients in Internal Revenue Service and Department of Labor audits of various qualified and nonqualified plans. He also has significant experience with collective bargaining and multiemployer plan issues, including withdrawal liability. David holds a degree in Economics from Stanford University and a law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law.
