Angelo Primas, Jr. is Counsel in NBCUniversal Media LLC’s Executive and Talent Contracts department. Angelo negotiates and drafts executive employment agreements and separation agreements for domestic and international employees, secondees, and consultants. Angelo advises clients on contractual rights and remedies along with decisions and strategies concerning the hiring and termination of workers. He also represents the company in contractual disputes.
Prior to working for NBCUniversal, Angelo was a litigator for over seven years at K&L Gates LLP. His primary areas of practice were employment law and products liability. As a litigator, Angelo managed cases from their inception through resolution. He also advised clients on various employment issues including, but not limited to, personnel management, worker classifications, and wage and hour matters.
Angelo earned his B.A. from Loyola Marymount University in Business Administration with a double emphasis in law and marketing. He then received his J.D. from Loyola Law School where he was awarded the Loyola Law School Alumni Association Award for Outstanding Service. Prior to joining the CMCP’s Ambassadors Council, Angelo served as a board member for the John M. Langston Bar Association.
