Alana Thorbourne is an employment lawyer in Allen Matkins’ Los Angeles office. Her practice focuses on defending companies in employment litigation and counseling on a wide variety of employment issues, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, failure to accommodate, and failure to engage in the interactive process. She also has experience working in-house as an employment attorney at a large entertainment company, providing employment law advice and counseling, as well as defending the company in civil litigation and administrative forums. Alana obtained her J.D. from University of California Davis School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Washington.
