Please contact our office if you are interested in hosting an upcoming event. Write an ArticleAs a member, we offer you the chance to be published in our e-newsletter. Once a month, we publish an E-newsletter that features articles written by our members, and is distributed to approximately 5,000+ individuals not only throughout California but across the nation! All you have to do is submit an article to our office along with questions and answers for the MCLE portion. The articles are then reviewed and edited by a member of our volunteer editorial review board, comprised of other CMCP members. Upon publication, your work can been seen by your peers and potential clients! Donate In-Kind ItemsYour firm can also donate in-kind items to our office. Items can include (but not limited to):
Become a Board MemberThe Board of Directors of the California Minority Counsel Program is comprised of representatives
of private corporations and public entities, minority-owned law firms, majority owned law firms, and
other persons who share a commitment to diversity in the legal profession. Board members may Any member, Director or the Executive Director of CMCP may make a nomination, and CMCP members may self-nominate. However, all nominations must be endorsed by one or more sitting Directors who personally know the nominee. The endorsement must be in writing (whether by letter, memo or email). The endorsement should reflect the reasons why the endorsing Director believes that the nominee will make a substantial contribution to the mission and success of CMCP. Due to logistical reasons, many of the subcommittees have a limit to the number of participants that can join. Please contact our office if you are interested in joining a subcommittee. |
